The Public Works Secretary will fill-out a Request for Action form and it will be forwarded to the appropriate division to deal with the request. OUTSIDE MUNICIPAL WATER RESTRICTIONS Even numbered houses on even calendar days Odd numbered houses on odd calendar days All residents using municipal water are restricted to one (1) outside faucet for the use of watering lawns and gardens. Water restrictions are in effect all year round and filling or topping up pools is prohibited.  Watering is restricted to the hours of 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
