Our doors are open... Mayor Scott Warnock Council is comprised of a Mayor, Deputy Mayor (elected at large) and five Councillors - two from Ward 1, two from Ward 2 and one from Ward 3. Tay Township's Members of Council Council uses the Committee of All Council system resulting in one Committee meeting per month during which business items for each of the following four Departments are dealt with - General Government/Finance, Public Works, Protection to Persons & Property and Planning & Development. Recommendations from this Committee meeting are forwarded to Council for consideration at the regular monthly Council meeting.
