TRAILS OPEN  - JUNE 5^th 

 Tay Shore Trail Nature Hike – June 5 @ 1:00pm

A guided nature walk will be offered along a short section of the Tay Shore Trail.  It will provide an opportunity to examine the flora and fauna along the trail, talk about the habitat of various species that inhabit the area and discuss interests of the participants.  A skilled naturalist/ecologist will lead the group and will assist with species identification and answer any questions.  The guided tour will be open to hikers, cyclists and is wheelchair accessible.

The nature walk will start at 1:00pm.  Participants will meet at Trestle Park at 12:45.  Trestle Park is an MTO roadside picnic area on Highway 12 just east of the Rumney Road/Triple Bay Road intersection.
